01Right of Withdrawal – Standard Products
In accordance with applicable laws:
- Customers located in the European Union: 14 calendar days after receipt
- Customers located in the United States: 7 days after receipt
. Customers outside the United States and outside the European Union: 7 days after receipt
The customer must notify us of the request by email at: LMCHAMPARTSAV@gmail.com
The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
02Custom Products – Goods Made to Measure
Custom wigs (specific size, density, color, customization, special fitting, etc.) are considered goods made to the customer’s specifications.
In accordance with applicable consumer law:
. They are not entitled to any right of withdrawal
. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable
Except in the case of:
- Major manufacturing defect
- Obvious error on our part
Any claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
03Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons:
- Worn wigs
- Cut lace
- Opened hair products
- Worn accessories
- Items on promotion or on sale
are neither taken back nor exchanged.
04Return Procedure
1. Send a request by email
2. Wait for written approval
3. Return the product to the address provided. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
05Refunds
After receipt and inspection:
- The refund is made within 5 to 10 business days
- The refund is made via the original payment method
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
06Abuse Prevention
Any attempted abuse of the right of withdrawal, fraud, or unjustified chargeback will result in:
- Formal dispute filed with the bank
- Submission of proof of delivery
- Possible civil legal action
We retain all the materials necessary for the defense of our rights.
If a package is shown as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, we cannot be held liable for non-receipt.
