Track Your Order
Your order number appears in the confirmation email you received after your purchase. Have this number and the email address you used when placing your order ready, then go to the Track my order page.
Processing Times
- Available wigs — shipping within 2 to 5 business days.
- Custom orders — 10 to 21 business days, the time needed for wig making, coloring, and customization.
